This song came out before I was even thought of, and during a time when communication by phone could only be used from a home or office setting. A time when you had to slow down & really consider what you were going to say before you called someone. Nowadays you only use your phone for emergencies & having an actual conversation with someone feels like practicing a lost or waning art form. Despite all of that, and maybe even because of it, the telephone is still a powerful tool for connection that can bridge the gap between time & physical space. These magnificent tools of creation can open up a galaxy of connection that, if under the right guidance, is only limited by what you can imagine. All that's required to access this bounty, aside from a telephone of course, is a willingness to connect & the courage to reach out.

I am the fun-loving and melodic conversationalist, Meshelle, and it would be my most ardent pleasure to make your acquaintance. Conversations over the phone for me are a fantastic means of escapism that are available to anyone with an internet connection and/or a smartphone. I enjoy talking about a plethora of topics ranging from the mundane & ridiculous, to the nebulous and off-color. Mostly, though, I like being able to brighten someone's day or at the very least help them feel a bit less alone.
